The DNEPR Fixed Gear Criterium will be taking place at 12AM 3rd August, on a closed street course in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. Until the 90's Dnepropetrovsk was a closed town due to its importance to the nuclear, arms and space industries of the Soviet Union.
