€6.3m renovation of the Vigorelli to start this year

Milan has set aside €6.3m for a renovation project of the awesome Vigorelli velodrome. Only a couple of years ago the velodrome was approved to be demolished before The Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities stepped in to save it. Work is scheduled to begin this August.

Men's one will be 167.5 crank arms, women's are 165. Both with a 49t chainring.

Red Hook Crit Milano #5 - Registration now open!

Registration is now open for RHC Milano #5, which will take place on October 11th. Head on over to the website, pay your monies and get your name down.

Race Details:
- Separate Men and Women’s fields
- 24 laps (1.27 km per lap) / total distance of 26,5 km (Men)
- 18 laps (1.27 km per lap) / total distance of 20 km (Women)
- Timed qualifying format to set 85 rider starting grid
- Electronic timing and scoring
- Track bikes required
- Lapped riders eliminated
- Points awarded towards the Red Hook Criterium Championship
- Qualifying positions 86 – 150 line up for a 14-lap ‘Last Chance Race’. The top-10 finishers will advance into the main event.
